Tickets and Event Check-In
New this Year! We have partnered with the nation’s leading nonprofit event fundraising software provider, Greater Giving, to offer a more streamlined event experience for our guests. This new software allows us to electronically track all tickets eliminating the need to print paper versions. All tickets purchased individually or through a sponsorship will be allocated under the purchasers name (either an individual or organization). Sponsors and individual ticket holders will be contacted one week prior to the event to pre-register their guests via email or telephone. The night of the event, simply give your name at check in. Attendees will also have the option to securely swipe a credit card at check-in to avoid waiting in line to check-out at the end of the night. Your credit card will be tied to your bid number so you can not only participate in the live and silent auctions, but you will be able purchase raffle tickets and more utilizing your bid number. This service is similar to staying at a high-end resort where all of your purchases are tied to your room number. At the end of the night, you can pick up your auction winnings and head home with an itemized receipt of your purchases. We hope you’re just as excited about this new, secure, process as we are!
Please join us in wearing your best casual country western wear — boots and blue jeans are welcome! Santa Fe River Ranch is a covered outdoor barn so be sure to bring a jacket or sweater for cool fall nights.
Seating will be reserved for Texas Longhorn, Brahman and Angus sponsors only. General seating and high-top tables will be available throughout the venue both indoors and outdoors.
Pass the Hat
It’s our goal to raise $150,000 at this year’s Gainesville Gone Austin. There will be an opportunity for you to participate in “passing the hat” in which cash, checks, pledges and credit card donations will be accepted to help further the Center’s mission and services to abused and neglected children. We hope you will consider participating!
